Andy Crowe – Keynote Speaker - Alpha Project Managers
Andy Crowe is the CEO and founder of Velociteach, as well as the author of Alpha Project Managers: What the Top 2% Know that Everyone Else Does Not, The PMP Exam: How to Pass on Your First Try, and The CAPM Exam: How to Pass on Your First Try. He is one of a handful of project management authors whose titles have sold over 100,000 copies. He served as project manager for several high-profile international projects, including the creation of Europe's largest e-commerce site and was a member of Microsoft's DNA and .NET Advisory Committees. He is a PMP, a PgMP, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Lois Zells - Pitfalls of RAD, Agile/XP and Other Forms of Iterative Development; and How They Lead To Project Failure
Lois Zells is an international author, lecturer, and business consultant, specializing in strategic planning, systems development methodologies and techniques, and project management. She has written “Managing Software Projects,” and the popular, totally-integrated, three-tier learning program on project management called “Successful Projects: The Common Sense Approach.” Ms. Zells is one founders of the Information Systems Specific Interest Group and a PMI woman of the Year for 1993. She is also the co-honoree of the Wilson/Zells Scholarship. Ms. Zells frequently serves as an expert witness in software project failure litigations. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Data Processing Management from the University of Baltimore and did her masters studies in Computer Sciences at Johns Hopkins University.

Lisa DiTullio - Lessons Learned: We Won’t Be Fooled Again
Lisa is a leading force in project and business management. She is the principal of Lisa DiTullio & Associates, dedicated to introducing project management as a business competency, enabling organizations to improve decision-making, instill accountability, and enhance communications. Her group offers training programs and advisory services which support project/business management and team building activities. They also provide set-up of enterprise project management office (PMO) models. Lisa is the editor of ProjectBestPractices, a quarterly newsletter from ProjectWorld, a regular contributor for the Silicon ValleyPM and Project Connections blogs, and a contributor to PM Network Magazine. She's also the author of Simple Solutions: How "Enterprise Project Management" Supported Harvard Pilgrim Health Care's Journey from Near Collapse to #1. Lisa's second book, Project Team Dynamics: Increased Speed, Enhanced Performance is due out the end of this year.
